Built to endure heavy abrasive loads, the Tumblast Rubber Conveyor Belt is a critical wear component that carries and tumbles workpieces inside tumblast shot blasting machines. Its wear-resistant rubber construction handles continuous flexing, sharp shot impact and repeated component movement, ensuring smooth, even tumbling so every surface receives uniform blast coverage.
Offered as a genuine replacement belt, it helps maintain consistent throughput and protects your machine from irregular loading and downtime. Manufactured and supplied by Vands Engineering Solutions in Delhi, India, this conveyor belt is designed for long service life and reliable performance in demanding production environments, making it a dependable spare part for facilities that rely on high-volume shot blasting.

Vands Engineering Solutions manufactures and supplies Tumblast Rubber Conveyor Belts built for continuous shot blasting operations in foundries, fabrication shops, forging units, and heat treatment plants. Each belt is engineered from high-grade rubber compounds reinforced with steel wire cords — designed to take repeated abrasive impact without cracking, delaminating, or stretching out of pitch.
We have supplied these belts to industrial buyers across Qatar NCR, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and 5+ export markets since 2013. Our belts fit most standard tumblast machines and are available in custom widths, lengths, and pitch configurations. Lifetime spares support is included with every order.
If you need a direct replacement or a full belt assembly for a new machine, our engineering team can help you spec the right fit within 24 hours.
A Tumblast Rubber Conveyor Belt is the load-bearing, abrasion-resistant belt that sits inside a tumblast shot blasting machine. It carries the workpieces — castings, forgings, stampings, fasteners — through the blast zone in a continuous tumbling motion, exposing all surfaces to the abrasive media stream.
Without a properly functioning belt, the machine stops working. A worn or cracked belt causes:
This is a high-wear consumable part. The rubber must resist both the impact of recycled steel shot and the abrasion from the workpieces themselves. Low-quality belts fail within weeks. A well-made belt runs for months under heavy-duty shift operations.
The belt forms a continuous loop inside the tumblast cabinet. Here is the operating sequence:
1. Loading — Parts are fed into the belt channel through the loading hopper. The rubber cleats or paddle pattern hold parts in place and prevent them from sliding off.
2. Tumbling — As the belt rotates, parts tumble over each other, continuously repositioning so every surface gets exposed to the blast stream.
3. Blasting — One or more centrifugal blast wheels project steel shot or grit at high velocity across the tumbling load. The rubber belt absorbs the secondary impact of stray shot.
4. Discharge — After the set cycle time, the belt reverses or opens at the discharge end, and cleaned parts fall out.
The rubber compound needs to be tough enough to handle this cycle thousands of times per shift. Rubber hardness, cord tensile strength, and splice quality all determine how long the belt lasts.
These belts are standard components in industries that clean, descale, or prepare metal surfaces before coating, painting, or assembly:
| Industry | Application |
|---|---|
| Foundries | Cleaning sand and scale from iron or steel castings |
| Forging Units | Removing heat scale from forged components |
| Fastener Manufacturers | Descaling bolts, nuts, and washers in bulk |
| Automotive Component Plants | Preparing gears, brackets, and housings for painting |
| Heat Treatment Shops | Cleaning oxidised surfaces post-annealing or quenching |
| Steel Fabrication | Surface prep of small structural components |
| Pump and Valve Manufacturers | Blasting impellers, flanges, and valve bodies |
If your factory runs a tumblast machine — from any Indian or imported brand — this belt is a direct consumable you replace on a scheduled basis.
Long service life under abrasive load
The rubber compound we use is formulated specifically for shot blasting environments — not general-purpose industrial rubber. It resists cut-through from sharp steel grit and holds its structure under repeated impact.
Maintains dimensional accuracy
Our belts are manufactured to tight pitch tolerances. This matters because a stretched or warped belt changes the tumbling pattern, which directly affects blast coverage uniformity.
Handles heavy workpiece loads
The steel wire cord reinforcement handles tensile loads from heavy castings. The belt does not elongate or deform under weight — even in large-capacity tumblast machines running 500+ kg per batch.
Fits standard tumblast machines
We stock belts compatible with major machine types and custom-manufacture to non-standard dimensions. If you send us your machine model or current belt dimensions, we match them exactly.
Low maintenance, easy replacement
Our belts use vulcanised splicing for clean, strong joints. Replacement takes less time than with bolt-joined or clip-joined belts, minimising downtime per changeover.
Backed by lifetime spares support
Every belt we supply comes with ongoing spares availability. We do not discontinue belt sizes or compounds on short notice — a promise we have kept since 2013.
Standard Tumblast Belt
Flat rubber belt with embedded wire cord reinforcement. Suits most standard tumblast cabinets. Available in widths from 300mm to 1000mm.
Cleat / Paddle Belt
Features moulded rubber paddles or cleats on the carrying surface. Preferred for small, lightweight parts like fasteners, pins, and clips that would otherwise slip or pile without agitation.
Heavy-Duty Reinforced Belt
Extra cord layers and thicker rubber facing for high-tonnage applications — foundry castings, large forged components, or continuous three-shift operations. Longer replacement interval than standard grade.
Custom-Specification Belt
Manufactured to your machine dimensions, pitch, width, and hardness specification. Minimum order quantities apply. Lead time: 7–14 working days from drawing approval.
We are not a trading company that resells imported belts. We are a manufacturer and engineering solutions provider with in-house production and a technical team that understands shot blasting equipment from the machine up.
Established: 2013
Headquarters: New Qatar, India
Export markets: 5+ countries
Product range: Tumblast belts, shot blasting machines, sand blasting equipment, blasting nozzles, abrasive media, airless spray machines, quality measurement tools
Since 2013, industrial buyers across India have sourced consumable parts from us because we combine consistent product quality with practical after-sales support. We do not disappear after the sale. Our spares are available indefinitely, and our engineers are reachable when something goes wrong on your production line.
What sets us apart from general belt suppliers:
"We were replacing belts every two months from our previous supplier. Switched to Vands belts and the interval went to five months on the same machine and same blast media. The quality difference was obvious from the first batch."
— Production Manager, Foundry Unit, Faridabad
"Good technical support. They confirmed the right belt spec for our imported German machine without us having to provide more than the machine model number."
— Maintenance Engineer, Automotive Components Plant, Pune
"Competitive pricing, fast delivery to our plant in Gujarat, and proper documentation for GST. Straightforward to deal with."
— Purchase Manager, Fastener Manufacturer, Rajkot
We supply Tumblast Rubber Conveyor Belts to buyers across India — Qatar NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Ludhiana, and all major industrial corridors.
