Sand Blasting ÔÇö Open-Air, Versatile, Aggressive
Uses an air-pressurized hose to propel angular abrasive media (silica sand, garnet, copper slag, aluminium oxide) onto a target surface. Typical equipment: portable pressure pot, hopper, blasting nozzle and hose pipe.

Shot Blasting ÔÇö Enclosed, Recoverable, Faster
Uses a high-speed impeller wheel to throw spherical or angular steel shots at the work piece, inside an enclosed cabinet, tumbler or pass-through machine. Abrasive is recovered, separated, and recycled in a closed loop.
Best for:
- Batch processing of small-to-medium parts
- Repeatable factory operations
- Cleaning castings, forgings, weldments
- Stress relief through shot peening
- High throughput with minimal dust
